cup whole wheat flour |

large ripe bananas, mashed |

tsp. Vanilla |

cup, shelled walnuts, coarsely
chopped |

Preheat
oven to 350 degrees f. Spray an 9 x 5 x 3" bread pan with pam and then
lightly |
|
wipe out with a paper towel. |

|
Cream butter or applesauce & sugar till
light & fluffy |
|
|
|
Add eggs one at a time, beating well
after each addition. |
|
|
|
Sift all purpose flour, baking soda
& salt together. |
|
|
|
Stir in whole wheat flour & add
to creamed mixture, mixing well. |
|
|
|
Fold in Bananas, vanilla &
walnuts. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Pour mixture into pan, bake 50 to 60
min. or till cake tester comes out clean. |
|
|
|
|
|
Cool in pan 10 min., then in rack. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Makes one loaf. |
