sweet pepper strips, (or mixture) |

Grapefruit, halved crosswise and

Grill or broil chicken breasts; cool
slightly. Cut into bite-size strips |

In a bowl, toss together lettuce,
pepper, chicken and grapefruit |

small bowl, combine orange juice, oil, dry mustard, chilli powder, paprika
& salt |

Whisk
together until well blended. Pour dressing over salad; toss until well
