| 1 | cup (250mL) red, green or orange sweet pepper strips, (or mixture) | |||||||
| 1 | Grapefruit, halved crosswise and sections removed | |||||||

| 1 | teaspoon (5 mL) olive oil | |||||||
| 1/2 | teaspoon (2mL) dry mustard | |||||||
| 1/4 | teaspoon (1mL) chili powder | |||||||

| Grill or broil chicken breasts; cool slightly. Cut into bite-size strips | ||||||||
| In a bowl, toss together lettuce, pepper, chicken and grapefruit | ||||||||
| In a small bowl, combine orange juice, oil, dry mustard, chilli powder, paprika & salt | ||||||||
