MIX IN PEANUT BUTTER, JUST ENOUGH UNTIL RIGHT SPREADING CONSISTENCY---PROBABLY AROUND 2---18OZ. JARS.
YOU MAY MIX IN A COUPLE SPOONFULS OF MARSHMALLOW CREAM

1-CUP CRUMBS (GRAHAM OR WHITE CRACKERS) I LIKE WHITE
2 EGG YOLKS (RESERVE WHITES)
¾ CUP SUGAR
½ CUP COCOANUT
1 TSP. VANILLA
USE DOUBLE BOILER TO HEAT MILK, THEN
ADD REMAINDER OF INGREDIENTS. BEAT
EGG WHITES STIFF. ADD EGG WHITES AND VANILLA WHEN PUDDING IS THICK. VARIATION: USE 1 CUP ROLLED
