Cups cooked rice |

cup diced celery |

4 1/2-oz. Can deviled
ham, (or equivalent left over cooked ham) |

Cup ( 2 oz.) shredded
cheddar cheese, (or more if you like lots of cheese) |

slices bacon,
crisp-cooked and crumbled |

In a bowl, combine cooked
rice, celery, ham & egg |
|
|
Turn into medium skillet |
|
|
|
Cook & stir over
medium heat till mixture is heated through, about 10 minutes |
|
Top rice mixture with
cheese & bacon. |
|
|
|
Cook covered over low
heat till cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. |
|
|
